Check in time: 13:00 (earlier check in subject to availability)

Check out time: 11:00 (luggage storage is available at no extra cost and late checkout is subject to availability)

CHILDREN’S POLICY

Children of all ages are not allowed in this accommodation.

Any type of extra bed upon request and must be confirmed by the hotel. The additional fee is 40€, each, per day.

PAYMENT METHODS

Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Revolut and cash payment are accepted payment methods.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge credit cards at any time prior to arrival.

Guests are required to show the credit card which was used for the reservation and payment upon their check in. Copies and photos of credit cards as well as 3rd party credit cards are not acceptable.

CANCELATION POLICY

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged and the deposit will be refund back to the customer credit card. If cancelled or modified later, 90 % of total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of cancellation during the stay, a 50% compensation of the remaining days originally agreed is due and payable to the hotel by the customer.
